Terms of service.

By creating an account or completing payment for any Firestick IPTV plan, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms form a binding contract between you (“Subscriber”, “you”) and Firestick IPTV LLC (“we”, “us”). They apply to every plan we sell, every device you stream on, and any related services (panel, API, support channels).

2. The service

We provide access to a private streaming network delivering live TV channels and on-demand video content. Channel and library availability may vary by region, plan and time of day. We make no guarantee that any specific channel or title will remain available throughout your subscription term.

3. Subscription & payment

Subscriptions are prepaid for the term you select (monthly, 6-month, annual). Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly enabled in your dashboard. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current paid period.

All prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion, payment-processor fees and taxes (where applicable) are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

• One subscription = one household. Sharing credentials with people outside your household violates these terms.
• Don't redistribute, rebroadcast, mirror or commercially exploit any stream without our written permission. Reseller plans are available — see /reseller.
• Don't use the service to break any law in your jurisdiction.
• Don't try to circumvent rate limits, scrape the panel, or stress our infrastructure.

5. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use; we'll rotate your credentials within minutes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund for material breaches of these terms (especially credential resale or large-scale rebroadcasting). For routine cancellation, see our refund policy.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of this agreement will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and at the top of this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
